Located in the same building as Maca de Castro (1*Michelin), Jardín Bistró sums up an adventure that began in 1996.
Maca de Castro capitanea este negocio familiar con una apuesta firme a la cocina mediterránea y basada en la calidad de los mejores productos locales con platos de vocación tradicional ofertados a la carta y en un ambiente muy estival, elegante pero a la vez distendido.
Su aprendizaje de la mano del chef Hilario Arbelaitz (Zuberoa), transmiten a Maca de Castro el conocimiento y la esencia de la Nouvelle cuisine.
Platos clásicos y toques afrancesados en este espacio abierto donde se respira aire fresco y tranquilidad.

Dear friend,
I would like to welcome you to the Jardín restaurant, as this is a place I am particularly fond of. Its menu of Mediterranean cuisine sums up an adventure that began in the 1990s and brings together the recipes most loved by our diners. All of them are relevant to my career. Classic dishes that I can’t get rid of, fortunately, due to their great acceptance. If my more experimental recipes make up the tasting menus of the Maca de Castro restaurant, the Jardín offers traditional dishes from the à la carte menu. It is, to put it more quickly, like a historic Garden à la carte, surrounded by a large terrace with an informal and very familiar atmosphere. I hope you enjoy your stay.
