The menu includes classic sauces, slow-cooked dishes, grilled meats, fresh fish, exquisite meats and legendary desserts from the Nouvelle cuisine of the 19th century.

The room service is characterised by personalised attention,  taking care of explaining each dish and guiding diners through the dining experience with a lot of affection.
